By using Rumbe services, you agree to provide accurate account information, maintain account security, comply with applicable laws, and avoid harmful or abusive activities. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
02.Payments & Billing
Paid services follow the pricing at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime via account settings. Refunds follow our refund policy, and secure payment processors protect your data.
03.Intellectual Property
Rumbe owns all platform technology and services. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve services. Users must respect intellectual property rights.
04.User Content
You are responsible for all content you create or share. Content must comply with laws and community guidelines. We may remove violating content, and you grant us rights to host and display it.
05.Liability Limitations
Services are provided 'as is' without guarantees. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services, where permitted by law.
06.Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified (typically 30 days prior). Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
07.Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be resolved informally. If unresolved, arbitration applies instead of court proceedings (except limited cases). Disputes are handled individually, not as class actions.
