Eligibility for Reversal
Refund requests for 'Rumbe' subscription credits are eligible for review within 14 days of the initial transmission, provided that neural usage has not exceeded 5% of the allocated monthly tokens.
Non-Refundable Assets
Custom fine-tuned models, dedicated compute instances already provisioned, and one-time 'Priority Synthesis' fees are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of high-performance GPU resources.
The Reversal Process
Once a refund is approved, the capital will be returned to the original payment source. Please allow 5-10 planetary business days for the financial network to synthesize the credit back into your account.
Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise-tier contracts are governed by their specific 'Master Service Agreements' (MSA). Refund terms for these accounts are handled exclusively through your assigned account synthesizer.
